Transactional Letter

This is a transactional letter that our Writing and Oral teacher told us to do. Here it is.

Dear sir,

I’ m writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the Spanish course I attended.

Firstly, they guaranted me an acomodation with a Spanish family that were unfriendly because when i asked the if I could study with them they said “No!!”.

Secondly the highly experienced tutors that they promised me weren’t experienced. When I asked them some questions they didn`t know.

Finally the trip to the city museum was cancelled, furthermore the money wasn’t refunded.

I hope this will help you to solve this problem or I will deamand a full refunded.

Yours faithfully,

Tomás Anania.
